Who we are

This site is operated by Marcos Yered García Ramos, doing business as EXCAVATORS.MX (registered trademark IMPI 2541039), with address at Camino del Caño 134, Col. Products and information

  • We sell new and used machinery, attachments and spare parts, and offer rental and workshop services.
  • Photos, specifications and compatibility are informative and we strive to keep them accurate. Before buying, confirm the part number or compatibility with us; for machinery, we invite you to inspect it at our warehouse or by video call.
  • Used machinery is sold in the condition in which it is presented.

Prices and availability

  • Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN), include VAT and are subject to change and availability without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you complete your payment.
  • Freight is not included unless the product page says otherwise; it is quoted by destination and size.
  • If, due to an obvious error, a product is shown with a wrong price or without stock, we will contact you to correct it or cancel the order with a full refund.

Orders and payments

  • On this site we accept payments only through PayPal or Mercado Pago. Outside the site, we only accept transfers to accounts in the name of Excavators.mx confirmed by phone at 273 109 6770. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is credited. A product is only reserved for you when it has been paid.
  • When the freight cannot be quoted automatically, the order is recorded and we send you the freight quote and payment link within one business day.
  • If you need an invoice (CFDI), request it with your tax data within the same calendar month as the purchase.

Shipping and delivery

  • We ship across Mexico through courier and freight companies, or you can pick up at our warehouse in Fortín, Ver.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier.
  • Inspect the package upon receipt and report any transit damage with photos within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Returns, warranty and shipping are governed by our returns, warranty and shipping policy, which is part of these terms.

Rentals and services

Machinery rentals and workshop services are governed by the quote or contract signed for each case.

Use of the site and intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, photos, logos and design) belongs to Excavators.mx or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written authorization. Brand names of machinery and parts belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify compatibility.

Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy notice.

Consumer rights and jurisdiction

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the end consumer by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law; you may go to PROFECO. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; for any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Córdoba, Veracruz, except where the law grants the consumer a different jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page on the date of your purchase applies.
